October 7, 2019-- Mikrotron announced the appointment of Dr. Thomas Dekorsy as Managing Director.
Dr. Dekorsy, who brings more than 30 years of executive level business experience within the electronics and automotive Industry to his new position, will provide worldwide leadership and development of Mikrotron's global business as the organization strives to meet its growth goals.
Simultaneously, Dr. Dekorsy, will continue in his role as Executive Integration Officer at Lakesight Technologies Holding GmbH, responsible for the integration and consolidation of the six companies in the group: Allied Vision, Chromasens, Mikrotron, NET, and Tattile, along with serving as Managing Director of SVS-Vistek, which was acquired by Lakesight in June 2019.
Before to joining Lakesight, Dr. Dekorsy spent six years at ESCATEC Group in senior leadership roles including as Chief Sales Officer and Managing Director. As one of ESCATEC's more tenured executives, Dr. Dekorsy helped advance the company's growth strategy, leading strong teams around him that achieved annual sales growth of 20 percent. In addition, he has worked in executive roles at Robert Bosch GmbH, Flextronics and other leaders in the electronics and automotive industries.
