Modular has combined commercial grade, high performance LCD monitors with environmentally protected enclosures to give users a better option than traditional LED marquee displays and scoreboards. Available as sealed NEMA 4 and NEMA 4X systems, these robust products are easily adapted to harsh industrial environments.Use Modular’s Productivity Dashboard with your SPC, HMI or other MES application and send dynamic 2D graphics, full motion video, animation and other mixed format content to users on the floor.
Communicate directly with users, mix trend, process graphics, alarm, status, key performance indicators, SPC charts, and other graphically intensive information in an easy to understand format.The heart of the system is the LCD TFT monitor, capable of resolution up to 1600 x 1200, brightness to 500 cd/m2, and 800:1 contrast ratios. The monitor has a design life of 50,000 hrs. Options include integral PC with wireless support and extended video over CAT 5 so computers can be remotely located. Productivity Dashboards are warranted for 3 years.
