The new remote service platform mbCONNECT24 provides remote monitoring, data logging and M2M communications as a comprehensive solution for machine builders and plant operators. For the first time MB Connect Line shows a solution in which all necessary services and functions are centrally integrated to a web-based platform. The platform is independent of all industries. It is suitable for building technology and mobile machinery as also for production plants and utility infrastructure. Besides the classical remote services the supervision and alarming at disturbances is also possible.
Operating data can be easily recorded and visualized via tablet or smartphone. The integrated M2M communication is used for automated data exchange of distributed systems, as if they were located within one network. All users, plants and devices are managed centrally on the platform. A role-based administration of user accesses with exact gradation of access rights on port and protocol level ensures internal security. The remote service platform is available in three variants: as a service on a public server, hosted on a dedicated server with its own IP address or installed as a pre-configured complete systemon a server hardware.
