The ASYMTEK Select Coat SL-1040 conformal coating system will feature a new, non-contact flow meter designed to measure and adjust the flow rates of a wide range of coating materials, including particle-filled fluids and the latest green chemistries. The integrated flow meter provides traceability and boosts production efficiency with virtually no maintenance. Using ultrasonic technology, the non-contact flow meter is easy to install in existing SL-1040 or SL-940 conformal coating systems that have non-circulating fluid systems.
