Optimal Engineering Systems releases AT20-300 Motorized Vertical Lift Stage
Applications for the AT20-300 Motorized Vertical Lift Stage include: Positioning of Flasks, stirrers, hotplates, and other lab equipment, testing, inspection, assembly, sampling, laser drilling and machining in a broad range of industrial, medical, semiconductor, and research applications.

August 16, 2018 - A vertical lift of 300 mm (11.811 in.) is one of the features of the AT20-300 Motorized Vertical Lift Stage from Optimal Engineering Systems, Inc. (OES).

This 50 kg (110.2 lbs), vertical lift stage can be integrated into almost any application.

The 400 mm x 200 mm (15.748 in. x 7.874 in.) stage has a pattern of threaded mounting holes.

The rigid box construction of the moving component of the elevator stage travels on six slide rails assuring vertical travel and parallelism of the table and mounting surface at all times, and features: 3.315 µ (non- Micro-Step) resolution, 5 µ repeatability, and 15 µ positional accuracy.

The AT20-300 Motorized Vertical Lift Stage (lowered position) is 539 mm (21.221 in.). It is constructed of black-anodized aluminum alloy and steel shafting, and weighs 23 kg (50.7 lbs).

A 2-phase NEMA stepper motor and precision ground lead screw offers a load capacity to 50 kg (110 lbs.) without the concern for cantilevered effects (loss of parallelism), additionally, the stage has access from all four sides. The limit switches prevent over travel, a hand knob on the extended motor shaft is for manual adjustments, and the large base plate has access to mounting holes.

The AT20-300 Vertical Lift Stage options include: servo motor, optical encoder. It is also available as a complete plug-and-play system with a motion controller.
