Attendees can learn about cyber-physical security, industrial supply chain threats and mitigation and more, as well as attend certificate training courses.

May 12, 2026 — It’s not too late to use the summer to improve your operational technology (OT) cybersecurity skills and knowledge. Space is still available in the training courses and conference sessions at the fourth annual ISA OT Cybersecurity Summit put on by The International Society of Automation (ISA). The conference, expo and training courses are being held at Diplomat Hotel Prague in the Czech Republic 16-18 June 2026.

With this conference, ISA is leading the charge to demonstrate how consensus standards and conformity assessment can meet the critical needs arising from current events and new regulations, including the Cyber Resilience Act or CRA. ISA also offers industry-leading training opportunities.

Conference registration is not required to take a training course, and training fees are in addition to conference fees. This two-track, multi-day event itself features a robust technical program and a bonus hands-on workshop. Two breakfast forums — The Cyber Empowerment Forum and The Countdown to Compliance Forum — feature discussion panels with top cybersecurity experts.

Track 1, The OT Threat Intelligence and ICS Supply Chain Security track, covers cyberthreats and mitigations in the industrial and connected transport segments including the marine, rail and aviation sectors. Sample sessions include Continuous Compliance in OT: Leveraging Automated Collection for ICS/OT Audits; Managing Modern Complexity: A Practical Case Study of Colgate-Palmolive’s New Site Design; Immersive Cyber Incident Exercising: Preparing You and Your Supply Chain for the Day It All Goes Wrong; and IEC 63452: Toward the First International Standard Dedicated to Railway Cybersecurity.

Track 2, the OT Security and Industrial Safety: Managing Cyber-Physical Security track, focuses on cyber-physical safety risk management. Sessions include: Cyber-Physical Safety in Practice: Audit Insights from TÜV SÜD in Industrial Environments; Effective Cross-Sector Cybersecurity: Where Government Structure, Standards and Cyber Safety Meet; Automation Control System Security Assurance (ACSSA) Program Overview; and Beyond Detection: How AI and Digital Twins are Leading the Rise of Predictive OT Security.

Bonus workshop and training courses

A separate registration fee applies for The Incident Command System for Industrial Control Systems (ICS4ICS) Workshop, held 10:30-17:00 on 16 June 2026. This hands-on workshop walks you through the ICS4ICS framework for managing cyber incident responses. It teaches how ICS4ICS expedites cyber incident resolution, leverages the FEMA NIMS/Incident Command System, and utilizes DHS CISA materials and the NIST Computer Incident Response Guide.

The training courses, which are held after the conference, include:

  • 19-20 June 2026: Using the ISA/IEC 62443 Standards to Secure Your Control Systems (IC32). This is a preparatory class for the ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certificate Program. The course registration includes the fee for one exam. It is being taught by ISA Fellow and cybersecurity expert Marco Ayala.
  • 19-20 June 2026: Assessing the Cybersecurity of New or Existing IACS Systems (IC33). IC33 is the second course in the ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certificate Program. Pass the exam to earn the ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Risk Assessment Specialist certificate. Course registration includes one exam fee. The instructor for this course is ISA Fellow and cybersecurity expert Steve Mustard.
  • 19-21 June 2026: IACS Cybersecurity Design and Implementation (IC34). IC34 is third course in the ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Certificate Program. It focuses on the activities associated with the design and implementation of industrial automation Control System (IACS) cybersecurity countermeasures. The instructor for this course is ISA Certified Trainer Jonathan Goderis.

ISA sets many of the technical standards used in industrial automation, including ISA/IEC 62443, the world’s only consensus-based automation and control systems cybersecurity standards. In addition to developing and maintaining these standards, ISA offers training and credentialing on cybersecurity; certifies products, processes and systems through its ISASecure® certification; and raises awareness about the importance of OT cybersecurity through its membership consortium, the ISA Global Cybersecurity Alliance (ISAGCA).
