TWINSBURG, OH –Pepperl+Fuchs introduces the KSD2-GW2-PRO - a new Profibus Gateway for Remote Process Interface (RPI). Utilizing field-tested architecture, this new gateway features an integrated HART multiplexer in the same package size as the original Profibus DP gateway. This innovation allows customers to simplify their RPI installation and easily integrate HART functionality without additional wiring or barriers.The new design allows HART signals to be gathered in the gateway by way of a power rail connection and HART-capable barriers.
