SOUTHAMPTON, PA -- Princo Instruments, Inc., a well-respected, long-time manufacturer and supplier of highly reliable level controls, recommends its new low-cost L2000-OEM Null-Kote™ point level controls for OEM and other systems integration applications. With its no-moving-part design, the L2000 level control is a much better alternative to moving part level controllers and switches such as paddle wheels and tuning fork based controls that may become clogged or jammed by materials. The RF impedance controller employs special Null-Kote circuitry to cancel out any effects of coatings on the sensing probe.
In addition, the L2000 level control provides a special combination of features that are very attractive for systems requiring integrated level controls -- a combination of features not found elsewhere in competing low-cost units. These features include a heavy-duty 10A relay, explosion-proof/weather-proof NEMA 4 housing, 0-30 second time delay, high or low fail safe, and easy-on 316 S.S. and Teflon® sensing probe with an unusually wide temperature range (-300 to 500°F; -184 to 260°C). Features unique to Princo level controls include the Rollock™ probe design -- which ensures that no part of the sensor can fall into the process or be blown from the mounting; availability in 24Vdc, 110Vac, and 220Vac versions at no added cost; and the 10-year warranty that is exclusive to Princo controls.
