The HM-BLE, in combination with a Smart Device Communicator App on a mobile device is designed to become a full functioned, DD based, HART Communicator.

October 16, 2017 – ProComSol announced the release of the Bluetooth Low Energy HART Modem.

The HM-BLE HART Modem, Bluetooth Low Energy takes advantage of the low energy features of the Bluetooth 4.0 standard. The modem contains a rechargeable Li-Ion battery that will last for days on a single charge.

The HM-BLE, in combination with a Smart Device Communicator App on a mobile device is designed to become a full functioned, DD based, HART Communicator. A HART communicator that uses DD’s can perform full configurations of Valves, Multi-Variable devices, and complex devices such as Radar Level and Coriolis Flow meters.

The user can configure hard to reach HART devices safely from the ground. In bad weather the user can still perform necessary work on the HART device from a remote location.
