June 21, 2006 - Motion Checker MCH-5 provides handy, simple and easy stepping motor control with variable program and memory functions. The original Motion Checker is a driver integrated with a programmable controller in a simple and small package for motion control of stepping motors. In this version, new effective functions are added for control of two-phase stepping motors. These include program operation (6 step/pattern), memory to retain the program, inching operation (one step operation), and jog operation. In addition, MCH-5 is totally compliant with RoHS regulation.
Motion checker is available in three additional models: MCH-1 has the most simple functions; that is, drive, revolution, direction and speed. MCH-2 has more functions: Speed, acceleration, deceleration, operation mode, pattern and full step or half step. MCH-3 has external signal I/O in addition to the functions of MCH-2. Motion checker package includes 20öor 25ö stepping motor(unipolar or bipolar), AC adaptor (100~240V/unipolar,bipolar/DC12V), connection cable and connection driver. You can use Motion Checker not only to motion check stepping motors but also presentation, inspection, test, connection and integration to other devices and so on.
