July 8, 2015- ProSoft Technology releases four gateways that connect PROFINET and Modbus devices:
- Device to Modbus Serial Gateway has four Serial ports.
- Modbus TCP/IP to PROFINET Device Gateway allows users to communicate with devices that are on two different subnets.
- Modbus Serial to PROFINET Device Gateway connects to a single serial network.
- Modbus TCP/IP to PROFINET Device Gateway is for devices on the same subnet.
All four gateways enable bi-directional data transfers. The gateways support disaster recovery through an optional SD card, allowing for configuration recovery if an issue arises.
