July 28, 2015 – ProSoft Technology Names Joe Rich Director of North America Sales. Previously, Joe worked for Danfoss Power Electronics and Rockwell Automation. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Akron in Ohio. He is active in the community, serving as an at-large director of the Kent State University Foundation Board and a member of the Mechatronics Advisory Board at Kent State.

“I think that ProSoft’s ability to take different automation platforms and have them talk is really a neat technology that will help manufacturers compete, especially as companies buy one another and inherit different automation assets,” Joe said. “I think that the wireless technology is incredibly fascinating, especially for industries that I see becoming more and more influential in North America, like oil and gas.”

Chris Williams, Vice President, Global Sales & Marketing at ProSoft, said: “Joe brings strong sales leadership ability, industry knowledge, and customer insight to his new role at ProSoft Technology.”
