September 7, 2011 - Q-Sys announces QL-R linear positioning stage, designed to be fully compatible with old WRL series stages, no longer available from Anorad. Combining linear motors, optical position encoders and linear rail bearings, the stages are available in travels from 150 to 1500 mm and are suitable for payloads up to 30kg. The compact and stiff design has produced a stage with excellent dynamic performance, high precision and long service life. Standard features include internal cable management and bellows way covers. QL-R stages are also designed for ease of XY mounting, enabling cost effective 2D systems to be created.
