Quicktron will demonstrate at MODEX 2026 in Atlanta how its unified tote and pallet robotics and software technologies combine in QuickMix to provide "one platform for all scenarios," marking the solution’s US debut.

ATLANTA, Georgia, March 17, 2026 — Quicktron Robotics, a Shanghai-based global provider of warehouse robotics and intralogistics automation solutions, will showcase its latest tote and pallet automation systems for the first time in the US at MODEX 2026 in Atlanta. Building on the theme "QuickMix: One Platform, All Scenarios," Quicktron will demonstrate how unified robotics and software can enable high-density, flexible, scalable automation across modern warehouse and manufacturing operations.

Quicktron will showcase two core automation systems at MODEX 2026. Designed to address a wide range of warehouse and manufacturing applications, QuickBin Ultra high-density tote storage and fulfillment and QuickCube flexible pallet automation for warehouse and factory operations. Combined with Quicktron execution and robot control software, they form the QuickMix hybrid automation architecture, which provides companies with a complete modular system to address growing industry challenges, such as labor shortages, rising fulfillment volumes, rising regionalization and urbanization of warehouse operations and increasing service expectations from customers. Quicktron systems also improve throughput, optimize storage density and support long-term operational scalability.

Quicktron provides one platform to suit many different needs

Warehouses today must often handle a mix of pallet storage, case handling and piece picking within the same footprint. The US is witnessing a shift to integrated automation, with warehouse operators increasingly moving away from isolated automation systems toward solutions capable of supporting multiple workflows and facility-wide automation infrastructure. Quicktron’s QuickMix solution enables coordinated operation of multiple robot types including tote-handling robots, pallet movers and shelf-handling robots under a unified control platform. Powered by Quicktron’s proprietary Robot Control System (RCS), it allows operators to manage diverse workflows through a single interface, creating a coordinated operation across diverse robot types and material handling equipment. Customers can maintain stable, flexible and efficient operations even in large-scale deployments.

As fulfillment and warehousing moves closer to the end customer, high-density storage and material handling is increasingly in demand. QuickMix provides the ideal flexible mobile automation platform to meet the needs of diverse layouts and workflows, ensuring the most efficient deployment across each facility and use case. Safety and reliability remain central to Quicktron’s system design and its AMRs and automation systems comply with major international standards, including UL, ETL and CE certifications.

Quicktron’s systems have already been deployed globally across industries including e-commerce, manufacturing, electronics, pharmaceuticals and third-party logistics and for leading organizations such as such as FMCG monopoly companies, Murata Manufacturing, Mercado Libre, Coupang and 7-Eleven. As of 2025, Quicktron has deployed more than 42,000 robots worldwide, serving over 1,000 customers across more than 20 countries and regions.

Expanding automation from tote to pallet workflows

QuickBin Ultra from Quicktron integrates the A5 bin-picking robot, capable of up to 200 picks per hour, with the M5E tote-moving robot, which travels at speeds of up to 4.5 m/s and can transport two totes simultaneously. This combination enables outbound throughput of up to 600 totes per hour per workstation, supporting high-volume fulfillment environments. With vertical lift speeds reaching 3.0 m/s, the system delivers high-density, multi-depth storage, while maintaining fast and flexible tote-to-person workflows. Its modular design allows operators to scale capacity and adapt to evolving business requirements.

At MODEX 2026, Quicktron will also present its QuickCube pallet automation system, featuring the compact C150 four-way shuttle, capable of speeds up to 2.0 m/s, integrated with the E200 narrow-profile lift. This solution enables flexible material handling across multiple levels and supports a wide range of applications, from high-density pallet storage to integrated workflows combining shuttle systems and AMRs, providing flexibility for both distribution centers and manufacturing facilities.

Yang Wei, CEO and Founder at Quicktron Robotics, says, “As automation adoption accelerates, companies are prioritizing solution maturity, scalability and proven experience. Many global manufacturers and logistics operators now operate facilities across multiple continents and seek automation platforms that can be deployed consistently across regions.

“Solutions that offer standardized hardware platforms, unified software architecture and global support capabilities are becoming increasingly attractive to US-based operators. With growing demand for high-density, flexible and scalable automation, Quicktron is focused on supporting customers seeking to modernize warehouse operations and improve long-term efficiency.”
