The new Rexroth RWT index table combines proven Rexroth mechanical and pneumatic drives with small dimensions and a flat, circular design, ideal for use in compact automation systems.The RWT index table offers accurate positioning by continuous stepwise rotation instead of forward and backward motion. A typical application of the index table includes indexing a workpiece requiring four, six or eight processes, resulting in favorable manufacturing flexibility. A double-acting, piston-type ratchet and gear mechanism provide accuracy up to +/-0.2 degrees, and the table has a useful plane-mounting surface with threaded mounting holes and locating dowels for precision and strength.
Its flat design and high torque also enhance the big performance of this small device.The RWT index table is available in six different step versions that are also prepared for inductive sensors. The series includes 45-degree, 60-degree or 90-degree index angles with rotation to the right or left.
