January 2, 2018 - Roeslein & Associates acquired Pride Conveyance Systems in a mutually beneficial agreement taking place January 1, 2018.

The transaction is a natural progression for the two companies that have held a relationship dating back over 30 years. Roeslein founder Rudi Roeslein worked with Pride founders Shannon Pride, Pat Jordan, and Ruben Padilla at Wiebe in the late 1980s. They left the company to pursue individual businesses with Roeslein focusing on the structural unitization and integration of complex beverage container plant process systems and Pride honing their expertise in the conveyance systems that transport product on the production lines.

Following the transaction, Pride Conveyance Systems will be rebranded as Pride Conveyance Systems: A Roeslein Company and will maintain manufacturing operations at its Hollister, California facility. The Pride employees will join Roeslein’s ESOP program and current Pride owners Shannon Pride, Pat Jordan, Ruben Padilla, and Joel Thomas, Director of Manufacturing, will join Roeslein’s Partnership Group.

Both Roeslein and Pride have been under the same ownership for the entirety of their business history. This transition works as a succession plan for the future of the Pride employees and enterprise.

With the two companies becoming one, there will be an expanded resource pool to reduce project lead times on production while providing operations support to a wider geographic range of clients and projects, installation services, start-up services, and commissioning. Roeslein plans to use this opportunity to diversify their services offerings by pursuing filling, packaging, and material handling both within the container manufacturing industry, but also expanding their reach into other industries such as consumer products, oil and gas, renewable energy, and others.
