June 24, 2019 – Sager Electronics, a North American distributor of Interconnect, Power and Electromechanical components and provider of value-add solutions, announced it has entered into a purchase agreement to acquire Technical Power Systems (TPS), a specialist in the production of custom battery assemblies headquartered in Lisle, Illinois.
