Every Christmas since 1997, Breakfast with Santa treats children and their families to a catered breakfast and then provides the opportunity to meet with Santa and Mrs. Claus to chat about their Christmas wish list.

St. Charles, IL - December 13, 2007 - Christmas is a special time of year at Bison; a time to give back to employees and their families. Every Christmas since 1997, when Breakfast with Santa was launched at Bison, employees and their families have anticipated the return of Breakfast with Santa where children and their families are treated to a catered breakfast and then given the opportunity to meet with Santa and Mrs. Claus to chat about their Christmas wish list. All the children receive a toy especially selected for their age group from Santa Claus.

The first Breakfast with Santa had 136 attendees and grew to a whopping 330 attendees in 2007 with 149 children in attendance ranging from infants to 12 years old. Historically, since the early 1950's, many manufacturing companies participated in similar programs to give all employees an opportunity to share and interact with each other's families. Bison continues this tradition and celebrates its 10th year anniversary with no end in sight knowing that every year Santa and Mrs. Claus will be a presence at Bison. Bison believes there is tremendous value investing in the annual event because they know that doing the right things strengthen morale and builds genuine relationships within the company.

"I look forward to this event every year. It's my favorite Bison event and it's great to see everyone having such a good time", says Ron Bullock, Bison Gear & Engineering owner and CEO. The 2007 Breakfast with Santa was held at the Bison facility on December 8, 2007.
