RALEIGH, NC – Schneider Electric today announced that its Microelectronics Engineering Services (SEMES) team has booked an order for over $1 million dollars at a major U.S. 300mm fab. “This order represents the latest in a series of successful endeavors for our advanced process control (APC) solutions focus at 200 and 300mm fabs,” said Tim Hince, SEMES manager.
“In this case, we have been awarded a contract for our sensor integration services, providing in situ particle detection on a number of PVD tools.”The announcement was made by Schneider Electric’s Microelectronics Engineering Services group in Raleigh, N.C.
