This new integrated servo and stepper drive is compact, high-powered, and designed for high-precision applications. As part of the Modicon motion automation portfolio, the Lexium 38i strengthens Schneider Electric’s motion control solutions, contributing to sustainability and innovation within industrial systems. Deployable across several industries, the new Lexium 38i Integrated servo and stepper drive presents a compact and advanced solution for decentralized motion control systems by seamlessly integrating drive and motor with servo and stepper technology into a single compact unit.

This makes it ideal for original equipment manufacturers and machine builders by simplifying wiring, saving space, optimizing commissioning, facilitating maintenance and troubleshooting in motion control systems. Engineered for energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness, the Lexium 38i integrated drive offers a higher power density than market references within a small footprint, resulting in superior performance while minimizing energy consumption. With an output power of up to 1.2 kW in the low voltage range, it provides machine builders with the flexibility to cover their entire range of low voltage devices, from stand-alone to integrated machines, using just one device.
