| The security audit and assessment process was performed in accordance with leading standards and methodologies specified by NIST, ISA/IEC, BSI and ISECOM, and was conducted by the independent security organization ProtectEM GmbH in Germany in close cooperation with the Deggendorf Institute of Technology.The certification process has been challenging, but the result of this effort will not only ensure the highest IT integrity for machine builders and customers globally using the Secomea solution, it is also expected to set new standards for security of Internet based industrial remote access solutions. Release 5.8 now available and shipping All SiteManagers are now being shipped with version 5.8, and software and firmware version 5.8 for LinkManager, SiteManager and GateManager can be downloaded from the Secomea support site.
