Sensors Expo & Conference announces program

The Expo hall floor will bring together the largest showcase of sensing technologies and systems for attendees to evaluate and make informed decisions.

March 22, 2010 - The Sensors Expo & Conference will be held Monday, June 7 through Wednesday, June 9 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL. This year’s conference program will feature renowned industry experts, who will analyze the most up-to-date innovations, in this carefully designed program. The Expo hall floor will bring together the largest showcase of sensing technologies and systems for attendees to evaluate and make informed decisions. Highlights for the 2010 Event, Include:

  • Keynote Speaker: The 2010 Keynote Speaker at the Conference will be Ronald Mallet, Professor of Theoretical Physics at the University of Connecticut.
  • MultiTrack Educational Sessions: Topics that will be covered include Novel Approaches to Measurement, Bio-Sensing, Energy Harvesting, MEMS and MCUs, Monitoring Tools & Applications, Power/Smart Grid Monitoring & Control, Low Power Sensing and Wireless Networking.

Professor Mallet's speech, entitled Time Traveler: A Scientist’s Personal Mission to Make Time Travel a Reality, focuses on Einstein’s theories of relativity and space-time, through which he has discovered the basic equation for a working time machine.
