November 29, 2010 - Servomex acquired Delta F Corporation, a manufacturer of process analyser technologies, based in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.Delta F develops, manufactures and distributes a range of trace and ultra trace oxygen and moisture analysers based on Coulometric and Tuneable Diode Laser (TDLAS) technology respectively. The acquisition combines Delta F’s products, technologies and expertise with those of Servomex to further enhance the company’s ability to deliver a complete range and choice of process gas analysis technologies and systems to industry worldwide. A pioneer in gas analysis for more than 50 years, Servomex and its HUMMINGBIRD Sensing Technology sub-brand are leading suppliers of process gas measurement solutions and leading edge transducer technologies worldwide.
Servomex and HUMMINGBIRD supply to many of the world’s leading companies for use in industries that include hydrocarbon processing, industrial gas processing, electronics and healthcare. This announcement signals the latest development in the Servomex global expansion programme, which includes the recent opening of a brand new state-of-the-art UK Technical Centre, the addition in 2010 of Customer Business Centres in São Paulo, Mumbai and Dubai and new regional offices in Tokyo, Seoul and Singapore.
