EC series HMIs have a high sensitivity touch screen, can display at least 15 languages, and have three communications ports.

May 2, 2013 - Shihlin announced EC-208 series (EC208-CT00/11) and EC-207 economic type (EC-207CT0A) HMIs. Shihlin EC series is a high sensitivity touch screen and it can withstand 1 million times touch. Within 400CPU, operators can execute more complicated flash and display commands without delay. Meanwhile, the 3 flexible com ports can communicate with many FA devices. Each port can support-RS232/RS422/RS485, exclude com 3, it supports RS232 only.

And the biggest different on the EC-207 economic type (EC-207CT0A) is: it has 2 com ports but without the audio interface output, and Ethernet Operators can through Ethernet port control or monitor the system status in time. If there were some alarm situation, the operator can transmit all the record to the memory expansion : 16G SD card or USB. Supporting the global demands, Shihlin HMI can display at least 15 languages, for instance, Russian, Japanese, Spanish…etc. and connecting with many brands PLC. One special hardware feature is: Shihlin HMI can edit List of Commands & Monitor Ladder Diagrams.

It replaces computer PLC editing software by directly editing and executing commands at the OS system. PLC ladder diagrams are used for instantaneous program monitoring.
