September 26, 2018 - SKF LLT profile rail guides from SKF Motion Technologies, Inc. have been designed to deliver performance for a range of linear guiding applications.

LLT guides have the ball circuits placed in an X-arrangement, which aids load sharing in all four main load directions and accommodates moment loads, while maintaining self-aligning capability. The arrangement further compensates for mounting deviations, even under preload.

Guides are available in sizes 15-45 with rail sizes up to 4000mm in a single piece with longer lengths available as attached rails. LLT guides are available with a variety of preload and precision classes, mounting configurations, and accessories. They can resist temperatures up to 100ºC and achieve speeds up to 5 m/s.

LLT guides are supplied ready-to-mount and are factory pre-lubricated. Carriages are equipped with end seals, side seals, and inner seals, as well as an internal lubrication reservoir for extended maintenance intervals.
