Competitively priced with traditional timed electric drains, this on demand valve combines an electronic sensor with a solid-state integrated logic analysis circuit to determine the exact amount of time necessary to empty condensate from a pneumatic system. The technologically advanced CRDV/S allows only the necessary amount of compressed air needed to purge excess fluid; reducing compressor cycling and wear and tear on expensive components. By eliminating dirty condensate buildup it also increases machine life by reducing the rust that clogs air components.
