September 19, 2011 – STRONGARM Designs announces the RoundTop series enclosures. RoundTop systems feature radiused enclosure tops and a sleek profile designed to accommodate a STRONGARM display with a Thin Client or KVM. These turnkey systems maintain a minimal profile, allowing them to be deployed nearly anywhere on the production floor. RoundTop systems are free of sharp corners and crevices, allowing for easy cleanability. The curved surfaces discourage the accumulation of air-borne particulates, and can be easily wiped down with minimal effort.
In the case of the RoundTop MiniStation, the arm itself also features a circular cross-section and provides 340 degrees of horizontal swivel on both the mounting and the display end, allowing the system to be positioned precisely where needed. The RoundTop MiniStation is available in a variety of standard arm lengths, as well as custom lengths for specialized applications. The RoundTop MiniStation can be mounted on a wall, on a machine, on a work surface, or a post.
Displays for STRONGARM’s RoundTop series are available in 15.1”, 17.1”, 19.1”, as well as 19” and 22” widescreen sizes with a variety of touchscreen technologies. These systems can be configured with a variety of additional options, including STRONGARM keyboards, pointers, high-temperature optimized PCs, Thin Clients, KVMs, bar code scanner brackets, and writing trays.
