November 23, 2010 – Tattile announces the Antares Engine Toolkit for LabVIEW. The Toolkit will give LabView developers access to nearly 500 Tattile Antares vision tools.To develop the Antares Engine Toolkit, Tattile collaborated with ImagingLab srl, a company known for its vision, robotics and LabVIEW expertise. The key to the integration of LabVIEW and Antares is the use of the UDP (User Datagram Protocol) over Ethernet, a technique that assures compatibility between Tattile smart vision hardware and all other equipment supported by LabVIEW.
