MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — July 6, 2007 — Thiele Technologies released the 8255 ServoPro low-profile casepacker as the latest addition to its extensive line of advanced placing, bagging, cartoning, case packing and palletizing systems. Innovations in this product release include:
- The utilization of servo-drive technology to eliminate all drive chains and belts dramatically reduces the number of moving parts which cuts associated machine maintenance and downtime.
- The elimination of chain and belt drive components makes it possible to lower the operator working height and provides a lower case magazine loading point (improved machine ergonomics).
- Integrated Allen-Bradley control architecture with color touch-screen user interface electronically stores machine changeover settings for each control axis.
Combined with Thiele’s quick changeover technology, this results in changeover times of 15 minutes or less.

All ServoPro casepackers are available with stainless steel frames and wash-down construction.
Electrical packages include Nema 4, Nema 4X and Nema 12.
The product range covers knockdown, wraparound and harness style cases in addition to trays.
