December 8, 2008 - Toshiba Teli America published its 2009 catalog in product card format, allowing customers to view the company's full suite of monochrome or color cameras on a single page for easier direct comparison.The comprehensive, four-color catalog serves as an invaluable sales and reference tool, providing one-stop access to information about Toshiba Teli GiantDragon (GigE), FireDragon (FireWire B) and CleverDragon (Camera Link) digital cameras, as well as its extensive offering of analog cameras and systems. All Toshiba Teli products have been designed to address important challenges faced by today's vision system integrators, including the adoption of smart cameras.
The 2009 catalog introduces Toshiba Teli customers to the new SmartDragon smart camera processor capable of connecting and simultaneously receiving up to four IEEE1394.b cameras. This Windows-based processor supports both color and monochrome cameras, plus has 16 insulated digital input and output terminals.
