In addition to ranking first in the 2005 "Readers' Choice Awards," the company was also recognized by the publication's readers as a vendor offering exceptional customer service. The 13th annual Readers' Choice Awards expanded coverage from past years and now surveys more than 24,000 selected subscribers in 71 industrial automation categories.
The January issue of Control magazine noted that awards are presented to vendors that have distinguished themselves as providers of the best technologies and customer service according to a survey of the magazine's readership. Further, participants use a variety of criteria in selecting top vendors such as prior business experience as well as their knowledge and familiarity with the products.
