March 18, 2015 - TRU-Vu releases SRMW-24R-SS, a 24” waterproof sunlight readable industrial-grade LCD monitor.
The SRMW-24R-SS monitor is designed to produce clear, sharp video images even in direct bright sunlight. This is accomplished by utilizing powerful, high intensity backlights to produce over 1,000 nits of brightness. (This is 4-5 times brighter than a standard monitor or laptop.)
The SRMW-24R-SS also features a rugged, waterproof, corrosion-resistant stainless steel enclosure. This makes it ideal for use in challenging industrial applications such as washdown in manufacturing plants, high-humidity environments, outdoors, in vehicles, on ships, offshore drilling rigs, in cranes, and more.
