Minneapolis, MN–July 25, 2003–TURCK Inc. announces the new 26 and 28-pin M27 thread connector. The 26 and 28-pin M27 connector can be used for power and signals to factory automation equipment in the automotive, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, electronics, and semi-conductor industries. These cordsets and receptacles are perfect replacements for DB25 DSUB style connectors in industrial setting where DB25 connectors are limited to 30 V and low current.

TURCK M27 connectors are rated for 150 V and 8.0 A and can handle up to 18 AWG wires. The 26 and 28-pin cordset is available with PVC or PUR cable jackets, male or female versions, in standard or custom lengths, with either pigtail or extension cords. To make your system more complete, TURCK offers fully encapsulated, mating receptacles with pre-soldered leads.
