The sensors incorporate durable 316 stainless steel construction and a liquid crystal polymer front cap that aids in resisting moisture ingress. The uprox+ sensors feature longer sensing ranges for detecting all metals, including non-ferrous metals such as stainless steel, at the same rated distance.
