November 23, 2010 – Vecow announced the MP/ME series Data Acquisition Card with synchronized analog measurements and control channels on PCI / PCIe interface. This 32-CH, 16/18-Bit resolution DAQ card features maximum 1MS/s speeds with 32 single-ended analog inputs, 2 analog outputs, 48 digital I/O lines and, 2 counters with 32 bits resolution. The dedicated timing control logic allows performing waveform generator at the same time with simultaneously analog sampling. Equipped with PCI/PCIe interface, MP / ME series can deliver high-speed, bidirectional data transfer and perform analogy, digital and counter operations concomitantly. With PCIe technology, a topology base on point-to-point serial links, simultaneous sampling can sample at maximum 1MS/s on 32 analog inputs.
Furthermore, the carrier/daughter design makes extremely easy for the MP series to upgrade the system from the PCI form factor to PCIe simply by changing the PCI carrier to a PCIe carrier.Innovative timing and synchronization technology of MP / ME series DAQ devices coordinates the timing and triggering of the analog, digital and counter subsystems. With independent timing engines for the onboard analog and digital I/Os, MP / ME series enable analog and digital I/O to execute independently at different rates or together with synchronization. MP / ME series DAQ cards consist of four enhanced 32-bit counters and pulse-width modulation (PWM) can provide better resolution to analog and digital sampling rates.
