April 12, 2011 - Wapice launched CANrunner CAN diagnostic software product. It is a powerful tool for software developers and service engineers, providing advanced data monitoring and analysis capabilities. With CANrunner a user can monitor real-time data on CAN bus, analyze and catch problems on a CAN bus and view CAN bus statistics. CANrunner supports the most common PC CAN hardware interfaces. CANrunner driver layer can be extended to support third-party CAN interfaces.
Furthermore, the cross-platform design enables CANrunner to be used in embedded display units. CANrunner has a plugin interface for parsing third-party CAN protocols. The software can even be used as part of Wapice’s WRM remote management system. Windows version of CANrunner software can be downloaded for free. Wapice provides CAN services from consultation to development of embedded systems and PC tools.
