RICHMOND, VA (April 16, 2004) – Weidmuller has added two new printed circuit board connectors to its Powermate Range family: the SV/BVZ 7.62 and the SU/BUZ 10.16.
Suited best for drives applications, the Powermate Range is also suitable for other applications with high currents, such as power supplies, line filters, start controls, and motors.Despite its small size, the compact connector family offers a high current carrying capability of up to 31A for SV/BVZ 7.62 and up to 54A for SU/BUZ 10.16.
The rated wire gauge of up to 10AWG/6mm2 for SV/BVZ 7.62 and up to 6AWG/16mm2 for the bigger SU/BUZ 10.16 enables many different applications.The multi-functional locking mechanism connects the pin header and sock connector by a simple push-in technique, enabling you to see immediately if the plug is locked safely.
