April 30, 2015 - Werma adds Ethernet receiver to WIN Machine-Data-Collection. The WIN Ethernet receiver is plugged into an available Ethernet socket rather than connected to a PC via USB.
This leads to an unlimited transmission range between PC and receiver and furthermore transfers data simply and securely to the SQL database. This addition makes it easy to select the best location for the receiver to optimize the WIN network and data transmission without the need for a separate PC running 24/7.
The Wireless Information Network “WIN” is a simple Machine-Data-Collection system, which enables the improvement of efficiency and productivity in the production. Up to 50 machines of varying ages, functions and manufacturers can be wirelessly monitored. Even machines which were not previously network-capable can now be integrated into a wireless monitoring network.
