Wesley Benefield
Wesley Benefield, PE, began his professional career in 1976 after graduating from Auburn University in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in computers. His career has focused on the water/wastewater industry, where he was at the forefront of PLC, HMI and industrial internet of things (IIoT) development. He founded RTUdirect LLC to leverage his 50 years of controls experience, providing cost-effective automation solutions that increase efficiency while reducing manpower needs.
