Wurldtech also appointed Jade Bourelle and Dr. Ralph Winter to the board as directors.

VANCOUVER, BC – September 14, 2007 – Wurldtech Security Technologies Inc, a provider of cyber-security solutions to SCADA, process-control and mission-critical industries, today announced that Erik Dysthe has been elected to the company's board of directors as Chairman. "Mr. Dysthe’s experience in growing early-stage companies into highly successful, customer-centric enterprises will play a key role to further strengthen our organization," says Wurldtech President and CEO Tyler Williams. "He has incredible vision, drive and determination as demonstrated by the success of MDSI, which he orchestrated.

Erik’s insight and experience will be extremely valuable in helping to guide Wurldtech in the years ahead and we look forward to his contributions as Chairman." Mr. Dysthe’s experience in the wireless communications business dates back to the 1980s when he was the senior executive in charge of building a mobile data business in Europe for MDI Mobile Data International, a predecessor company to MDSI that got taken over by Motorola in 1988. In 1992, Dysthe negotiated the purchase from Motorola of the workforce management technology to establish MDSI. Over the next fifteen years, MDSI established itself as a leader in the mobile work-force management space supplying electric, gas and water utilities as well as telco and cable operators worldwide.

Dysthe’s twenty-plus years of experience as a strategist, entrepreneur and technologist give him a well-seasoned perspective which complements Wurldtech’s needs as a young and rapidly growing company in a highly competitive market space. “Wurldtech is an exciting company founded by two extraordinary young executives and I am pleased to assume the role of Chairman of the Board,” said Dysthe. “I believe very strongly in their vision and look forward to working with the management team to help execute on their strategy of providing innovative technology specifically designed to protect mission-critical systems from cyber-attack.”

Additional Board Appointments

In addition to electing Dysthe as Chairman, Wurldtech has selected Jade Bourelle, President and CEO of Talent Technology Corporation, and Dr. Ralph Winter, Canada Research Chair in business economics and policy in the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia to join Williams and Dysthe on the board as directors. Jade Bourelle, founded Talent Technology Corporation (TTC) in 1999, which he now leads as one of Canada’s fastest growing companies. An innovator in the recruiting and training industry for the past 10 years, Bourelle was previously an executive search consultant and the founder of TeleSkill Human Resource Solutions, a telecommunications recruitment firm.

He co-founded Canada’s ‘Top 40 Under 40’ business awards and was the executive director of the Association of Collegiate Entrepreneurs (ACE), an international organization dedicated to helping university students start businesses. Bourelle currently serves on the International and Vancouver Board of the Entrepreneurs Association. Dr. Ralph Winter is a professor of economics and finance and holds the Canada Research Chair in business economics and policy in the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Winter has served on the board of directors of Energy Probe in Ontario, and since 2003 on the board of the British Columbia Transmission Corporation.

He has consulted extensively for governments and corporations, and testifies frequently for consumers in regulatory hearings.
