June 18, 2007 - Yokogawa Corporation of America announced that its Sugar Land, Texas, facility has completed the addition of a new, 400-square foot Oil & Gas Demo Center. This center adds to the existing 3,000-square foot, world class Yokogawa Solutions Demo Center that features Yokogawa VigilantPlant solutions. The center will show integration of the Stardom RTU unit, the CENTUM CS 3000 Distributed Control System, the ProSafe-RS Integrated Safety System, PRM (Plant Resource Manager) asset management software, Exaquantum process information management system and FastTools SCADA software. Detailed demonstrations of remote wireless well head control, pipeline monitoring, gas separation and offshore control solutions are also available.
