August 25, 2016 - Zaber's motorized goniometers (GSM) are stepper motor driven positioning devices with high thrust and speed capabilities. Available in two stackable sizes with 40 and 60 mm centre of rotation options, this device has a 30 N load capacity and is designed to have a small profile. The GSM has the same footprint and mounting as our original goniometer, but has a lower price, more travel, better wiring, a smaller motor, and the ability to stack easily. Designed to interface with Zaber’s X-MCB1 and X-MCB2 controllers.
Some applications may include fibre alignment, optics adjustment, spherical scanning or probing, and OEM integration.
