March 8, 2019 - The LSA-V Series are Zaber’s vacuum compatible miniature linear stages, and has been designed to fit into small spaces without sacrificing performance or features. These stages have up to 10 mm/s speed and up to 35 N thrust. With a microstep size of less than 25 nm, they allow for reliable ultra-fine positioning in vacuum environments. These stages are vacuum compatible in high vacuum (10 -6 Torr) or low vacuum (10 -3 Torr).
