Invensys to Implement Triconex Safety Instrumented Systems at Petrobras Refineries in Brazil
The refineries, which are among the largest in the Petrobras system, will each employ multiple Tricon safety systems in their cracking units. The emergency shutdown systems are being installed as part of a refinery modernization program. The new systems are replacing existing relay panels, and were selected to simplify maintenance, and to provide increased asset availability, safety and efficiency. -
Invensys to Supply Triconex SIS and F&G Systems for Oil Field Redevelopment Project in Algeria
Tricon TMR systems will be implemented for emergency shutdown and fire and gas applications at the El Gassi, Zotti, Al Agreb and Al Agreb West gas compression and re-injection lift facilities. Invensys will also provide project management, hardware integration, testing, and training services for SonaHess engineers and operators.
