Tolomatic Announces Leadership Transition: Manish Virmani Appointed President and CEO

Aug. 1, 2025 – Tolomatic, a leading manufacturer of electric linear actuators and motion control solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Manish Virmani as its new president and chief executive officer. He succeeds Paul Carlson, who will retire later this year after more than five years of dedicated leadership as president and CEO.

Manish Virmani previously served as global vice president at Phillips & Temro Industries, where he led four manufacturing facilities. His career includes senior leadership roles at Horton Inc. and Cummins Inc., where he was recognized for driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic transformation.

Manish holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering, and earned his MBA in Marketing Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
