MILWAUKEE - Oct. 2, 2024 - Rockwell Automation, Inc. - the world’s largest company dedicated to industrial automation and digital transformation, announced it will make its debut at the 2024 North America Battery Show, highlighting its solutions and commitment to the rapidly growing battery industry. The event will take place from Oct. 7-10, 2024, at Huntington Place in Detroit, Michigan.

Rockwell will showcase its innovative technologies at booth #6413, focusing on data-ready solutions, independent cart technology (ICT), battery manufacturing execution system (MES), cybersecurity solutions, digital twin software and more. Additionally, for the first time ever, in partnership with Lyric Automation USA, Rockwell will display a Z-stacking machine that incorporates a complete package of solutions, demonstrating the factory of the future for the battery industry.

  • Circulor Digital Battery Passport: Providing comprehensive track and trace capabilities to meet global regulatory requirements and ensure product integrity throughout the supply chain.
  • Smart manufacturing capabilities on a Z-stacking battery machine to include:
    • FactoryTalk Optix: Enhances HMI and data visualization, leveraging IoT capabilities for superior operational insights.
    • Emulate3D: Utilizes digital twin technology to emulate machine operations, reducing engineering design and commissioning time.
    • FactoryTalk Remote Access: Provides fast, easy access to machines, enabling rapid resolution of production issues.
    • FactoryTalk Energy Manager: Monitors, analyzes and reports on energy usage, supporting sustainability goals.
    • FactoryTalk DataMosaix and Plex Asset Performance Management (APM): Cloud-based platforms that proactively monitor machine health, maximize uptime and offer integrated data usability.
    • Vuforia ExpertCapture: Empower people with scalable augmented reality (AR) experiences for enhanced training and operational efficiency.
