Engineered for ultra-high purity (UHP) gas and fluid delivery systems, the ZT60 delivers extremely accurate and reliable measurement performance with the added benefit of a bright LED digital display for enhanced visibility.
The ZT60 is designed to meet the stringent standards of semiconductor processes and high-purity gas applications. It combines trusted Ashcroft quality with programmable display functions, including scaling, loop check and comparator outputs for optimized process control.
