Saki Self-Programming is a system that doesn't require DFM software. It combines technology that captures complete height and XY data and images while simultaneously scanning multiple fields of view.

All these three cameras are connected to the base board using customized Micro-Coaxial cables. e-con Systems has designed a 30cm long Micro-Coaxial cable with connector locks at both ends, allows customers to connect both camera boards and adaptor board with no trouble.

The laser triangulation sensor delivers 2048 points per profile in a time of 25.000 profiles per second. “Laser triangulation“ means that, a camera is following a laser line which is projected onto the scan object and from that captured image the line profile and height information are calculated
