The 4A Relay Output module provides 16 Form A relays for controlling output loads, such as motor starters, solenoids, and indicators. Each output point is isolated, and each has a separate common power output terminal. Outputs provide a high degree of noise immunity, minimizing the need to add external snubbers.

HP2008 hinge-operated safety interlock switches are suited for use on smaller guard doors. The switches are available in solid or hollow shaft versions and provide force guided contacts with tamper-resistant operation. A NEMA 6 enclosure enables them to withstand water washdown cleaning while providing a minimum of four million actuations

U.C.ME-OPC offers alarm import from iFix, Cimplicity, InTouch, RS-View32 and Citect. This enables users to import alarms that are already defined in their SCADA/HMI software.

The switch supports up to eight 1 GB ports in a compact 1U rack-mount switch. The switches can manage both high priority streaming traffic, such as security cameras, VoIP, and identity scanners, and the bursty data traffic typical of manufacturing operations.

VPort 351 one-channel industrial video encoder provides D1 resolution @ 30 FPS and supports a dual MJPEG4/MJPEG algorithm, making it especially well suited for use with distributed surveillance systems in critical industrial applications. It meets UL508, Class1, Div. 2, making it suitable for transportation, utility, and manufacturing systems.

Modular MC600 six-Channel Controller provides continuous gas monitoring when equipped with gas sensors/transmitters. It has dual redundant Modbus communications, Type 4X housing, and an optional onboard 115/230 VAC power supply that provides Class I, Division 2 classification.

IR5000 can be configured for detection of hydrocarbon gases in the 0-5,000 ppm meter and 0-5 LEL meter ranges at distances of 20, 100 or 130 meters. It can be used effectively in applications where a single monitor can cover a line of several potential leak sources, such as a row of valves or pumps.

ER Series switches cover spans from 40m to 200m for emergency stopping capability along the entire rope length. All models are available with an integral top-mounted, metal emergency stop (E-stop) button that provides emergency stopping capability at the switch end of the installation.

The ROUTE-MASTER Fieldbus System has been approved by Factory Mutual for use in the U.S. and Canada, clearing the way to apply it in hazardous areas. ROUTE-MASTER eliminates the crippling restrictions and extremely high cost of FISCO-based systems by allowing users to drive up to 350mA per segment and install up to 16 FOUNDATION Fieldbus instruments on a single fieldbus segment.

PICO-GUARD Grids provide an optically based, non-contact solution for perimeter and access guarding for use in explosive environments. They have a rugged, MEK-resistant, aluminum protective housing and are available with 2, 3 or 4 beams that can function as an emitter or receiver.

MA-S Series Magnetically Actuated Safety Interlock Switches and Actuators have stainless steel housings for corrosion-resistant operation in harsh environments. The NEMA 6 enclosure and variety of available stainless steel-housed contact configurations satisfy any number of demanding application requirements.

The SPA2 alarm trips accept input signals from transmitters, temperature sensors, resistance and potentiometer devices, and direct millivolt sources. They provide on/off control, warn of trouble, and provide for emergency shutdown by sending up to four relay outputs when a monitored process signal falls outside a user-selectable high/or low limit. The SPA2 is FM-approved for use in hazardous locations.

TERMEX intrinsically safe text and graphic panels have a monochrome LC display for PLC and computer-based operation and monitoring of machines and processes located in hazardous areas. These panels are ATEX certified for Zone 1 hazardous area use, with North American approvals pending.

Upgrades include a BFI (Blown Fuse Indicator) circuit, which uses a high efficiency LED that emits a bright signal throughout a complete voltage range. Because of the wide voltage range of the BFI circuits, 16 part numbers now make up what was once represented by 40. This consolidation translates to fewer items end users will have to specify due to various circuits.

Flexi safety-rated controller provides configurable logic without using any software. Users can realize the benefits of integrated safety logic without using a computer to program the device, saving time and simplifying setup. Logic is implemented with rotary switches on the front of each module. Logical combinations with multiple modules are easily set based on how the modules are combined.
