Advantechs AWS-8259 provides exceptional mounting flexibility with a two-partmodular design which allows customers to conquer the most challenging spacerequirements while providing easy access for maintenance staff.The inventive design allows the super large 15 high-bright LCD to be mountedseparately from the chassis. Both LCD and chassis are well-suited for rack,panel or wall mount accommodating virtually any application.The AWS-8259 provides an outstanding viewing area with a 1024x768 resolution. Coupled with front On-Screen-Display (OSD) keys and water-proof touch pad features, maintenance staff can operate or key in data quickly without an external keyboard or mouse.
Even the backlight, inverter and LCD modulecan be repaired quickly from the display box.The AWS features an aluminum front panel, NEMA4/IP65 compliant, with a VGA interface. It supports one slim 3.5 FDD, one 3.5 HDD and one slim CD-ROM.
It includes 39 operating keys, one with 10 function keys and 10 programmable macro function keys. The AWS-8259 also provides ideal slot capability.
